    Sring Time

For the first time in awhile, we had a rain free weekend here in Redlands and it felt good to get out and get some sunshine. I’m hoping that we have a nice long spring…

On a different subject, my home PC started humming over the weekend. Everything seems to be working fine but the fan, drive or something has gotten really loud. Any suggest on what to look out for?

You could try humming back to it. That should calm it down.:) If its just the processor fan or any of the fans you can pull back the sticker on top of the fan and add a couple of drops of oil on the bearings. That will last for a few months but it will have to be replaced at some point.

I had a motherboard fan do that to me at one point. I was able to unplug that fan without any real change in temps. I've run that machine since for about 3 years with no issues.
