    .NET SIG in San Diego

If you are coming to San Diego for the ESRI User Conference and are a .NET developer, make sure you plan on attending the .NET Special Interest Group (SIG) on Wednesday evening. The first few "Rise and Shout" reader that find me at the SIG may get a surprise for attending.

    .NET Special Interest Group Meeting
    Wednesday, August 9, 2006, 5:30 p.m.–8 p.m.
San Diego Convention Center, Room 17-A

This second annual meeting is sponsored by Microsoft® and designed for all users of .NET technology.

Art Haddad, ESRI’s .NET Development Lead, will moderate the session. The program will include a presentation by Microsoft Project Manager, Peter Koen, "Windows Presentation Foundation" and user presentations, as well as updates from ESRI development staff on the .NET capabilities included in the upcoming ArcGIS 9.2 release.
Drinks and appetizers will be served following the presentations.
