    Thursday, October 5, 2006
    9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. (PDT)

The ArcGIS 9.2 release contains new features for working with the geodatabase. This online seminar introduces this new functionality by demonstrating how to create personal and workgroup geodatabases, use the new archiving and replication tools, and perform non-versioned editing. The presenter will also highlight the new conflict detection and resolution options.

Introduction to Cartographic Representations in ArcGIS 9.2Thursday, October 12, 2006
    9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. (PDT)

With ArcGIS 9.2 users can create cartographic representations to store feature symbols within the geodatabase, allowing for more efficient workflows in high-volume map production environments. This seminar introduces cartographic representations and discusses how they are stored in the geodatabase, how they are used in ArcMap to create professional-quality maps, and how they are managed using new geoprocessing tools.
