    California High-Speed Rail

California wants to build a high speed, bullet style train that will travel between San Fran and San Diego. The train is expected to take upwards of $40 billion to build, but you’ll be able to make a 600 mile trip in a tad under 4 hours. see California High-Speed Rail

There are too many cars on the roads in California and that's not going to change till we have some options...

What about the High Speed from LA to Las Vegas?

I haven't heard anything about LA to Vegas lately but I know there is still some interest in a train to Vegas… Which would be good as the traffice between Vegas can get really bad on interstate 15.
