Here's my mid week exercise report.
- Monday June 9th: 10k run in 44:04
- Tuesday June 10th: 30 minutes swim, 30 minutes Spinning Class, 30 minutes of weight lifting
- Wednesday June 11th: Light Day - 2 mile run and 30 minutes of lifting and stretching
