    Mid Week report

    Here's my mid week exercise report.

    • Monday June 9th: 10k run in 44:04
    • Tuesday June 10th: 30 minutes swim, 30 minutes Spinning Class, 30 minutes of weight lifting
    • Wednesday June 11th: Light Day - 2 mile run and 30 minutes of lifting and stretching
