    Slacking so it's time to be accountable

    I feel like I've been slacking a little with my workouts so I decided to start sharing the results of my workouts as motivation that I have to report in to someone (you out there being the someone).

    Thursday 6/5 - 60 minutes of BOSU Boot camp (mix of cardio on the BOSU and whole body weight training)

    Friday 6/6 - 30 minutes of lap swimming and then the Ranger Test

    • Max pushups in 2 minutes (75)
    • Max sit-ups in 2 minutes (80)
    • Max Chin-up (10)
    • 2 mile run (13:45)

    Saturday 6/7 - 25 mile bike ride (Sunset loop to Crafton Hills, LDS Temple, up Wabash then loop back on Sunset)

    Sunday 6/8 Day of Rest
