    Still going strong in the gym

    Believe it or not sharing my workouts on this blog has keep me going strong over the last week.  Life has keep me busy and it would have been easy to sleep in but I got up and went to the YMCA.

    Tuesday June 24th

    • 30 minutes in the pool
    • 30 minutes on the bike
    • 30 minutes of weight lifting

    Wednesday June 25th

    • 40 minutes of lifting
    • 20 minute run on the treadmill
    • Plan on playing basketball tonight for at least an hour
