Yesterday I completed my 2nd self-supported half marathon through the streets of south Redlands and improved my time by 2 minutes.
I ran a 1:40’19’’ which is a 7:38 mile pace
Later in the day I went for a quick 15 mile ride with some friends around town so today my legs are feeling heavy.
I also just signed up for my the Big Rock Olympic Triathlon this Spring. I’m always looking for Saturday races and luckily this one is on a Saturday and close to home.
